Daniel Kestner, Ph.D.

Bio

Dr. Daniel Kestner brings his passion for teaching physics and mathematics to the Saint Francis community. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Michigan Technological University and a M.S. in Physics from Ohio State University, where he received the inaugural William R. Riley Excellence in Teaching Physics Award.

Dr. Kestner also worked as a research associate at MTU, focusing on optical and radar polarimetry. He led two projects on polarimetric radar calibration and signal detection in noise topics.
