Your health and wellbeing matter! The university provides free counseling and health services to all currently-enrolled students. We encourage you to take optimal care of yourself — at USF and beyond.

The USF Health  Wellness Clinic is managed by Franciscan HealtheAccess. You will be able use the clinic for the following:

• Wellness visits
• Disease Management
• Urgent Care needs
• Medication refills
• Sore throat
• Earache
• Infections
• Minor cuts
• Digestive issues
• Minor headache
• Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
• Eye swelling, irritation, redness, or pain
• Minor allergic reaction
• Other common ailments

In addition, the Center offers Counseling Services. A full range of confidential counseling services is available and students can seek support for a variety of concerns, including:

• Adjustment to college
• High levels of stress
• Depression or sadness
• Relationship challenges
• Self-esteem issues
• Anxiety and/or worry
• Loneliness
• Anger
• Boundary issues
• Substance abuse
• Bullying
• Poor or harmful eating habits
• Life trauma
• Grief, and other personal concerns

Medical Hours

• Mondays and Wednesdays: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Friday: 10 a.m.-Noon
• Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and on holidays

Counseling Hours

• Mondays and Wednesdays: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
• Closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and on holidays
