“I gained confidence and knowledge through the Master of Healthcare Administration program and feel I am a better leader because of it. I have a better understanding of human resources, finance and what it means to be a Franciscan leader.”
Melanie Boosey ’21 Registered Nurse at Franciscan Health, Indianapolis
“I was reluctant to start an online masters program and not sure if I’d like learning in an online atmosphere. I tried it and I really liked it! Being able to manage my schedule while continuing to work full time and raise a family was great! I could not have done that in a traditional program.”
Carla (Satchwell) Pyle ’00, ’22 Director of Marketing, University of Saint Francis
“The graduate program at Saint Francis pushed me to become a more independent thinker. It taught me how to figure things out, how to research and learn independently. Those are the skills that enabled me to open a healthcare clinic and ministry that serves people in need.
