Back Pain Science
Openings are limited, so be sure to send all requested materials as soon as possible. To apply, download and complete an application form.
Complete application packets must be received by Februry 23, 2009. This includes the application form, a recommendation form from a high school science teacher, an official high school transcript showing PACT, ACT, PSAT, or SAT test scores if you have taken them, and a check for $15 payable to the University of Saint Francis. The fee will be refunded if you are not selected to participate. Once accepted, there are no additional costs for this symposium. Acceptance notices will be mailed to participants on Wednesday, February 25, 2009.
Please bring pens, pencils, paper, and a calculator. Lunch will be provided.
