Jessica Bell

Instructor, Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Bio

I graduated from the Radiography program at Indiana University Northwest in 2004, then worked at a small clinic for a few years, before and during ultrasound training. I then earned my bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences from Indiana University Northwest in 2008.

Since then I have worked in a vascular lab doing vascular ultrasound, a general ultrasound department using many types of ultrasound and working with students, an outpatient imaging center doing x-ray and ultrasound, outpatient ultrasound, mammography and mobile ultrasound. I encourage colleagues and students to always keep learning and earning credentials, and never let those credentials lapse. I joined the University of Saint Francis Diagnostic Medical Sonography faculty in December of 2023. I look forward to continuing to grow as an instructor and helping the next generation(s) of sonographers to learn and grow in their passions for this amazing field.
