Saint Francis students receive Lutheran Foundation health professions scholarships

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Three University of Saint Francis students received health professions scholarships from The Lutheran Foundation.

Olivia Tibbs received a $12,000 scholarship while Anna Hills and Emily Ousley each received $5,000 scholarships. All three students are pursuing their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees.

These awards support students preparing for careers in nursing and other health professions and are designed to help reduce the financial burden of earning a degree. The Lutheran Foundation’s scholarships range from $5,000 to $20,000 and are intended to encourage students to continue their education and prepare for careers that will serve the community.

Applications for the 2027–2028 Health Professions Scholarship will open in early November 2026 and close on January 10, 2027. More information is available at thelutheranfoundation.org/scholarships.
