During this one-hour class, attendees receive a free Estate Planning Guide that will greatly simplify planning efforts as well as an opportunity to speak with a licensed estate planning attorney to ask important legal questions such as:
- Why do I need an estate plan and how does probate work?
- What happens to our children and/or assets when we die?
- Is a will or trust better for me? How much do they cost?
- What if I lose the ability to make financial and medical decisions for myself?
- How do I remember the nonprofits that I’ve supported throughout my life?
The estate planning class will be offered again on Thursday, Oct. 23.
