Saint Francis announces 98% career outcomes rate

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—The University of Saint Francis proudly announces 98% of the Class of 2024 graduates are employed, enrolled in additional education or serving in the service/military. This career outcomes rate marks the second highest percentage at Saint Francis since data has been collected.

The Career Outcomes study included 93% of the class, collecting responses from 547 of 587 graduates. Of those, 87% are employed and 10% are enrolled in additional education.

“At the University of Saint Francis, we seek to ensure our graduates are fully prepared to live lives of virtue, service and joy. The Class of 2024’s success reflects our students’ dedication and work ethic and our faculty’s extraordinary guidance,” Saint Francis President Dr. Lance Richey said.

Top employers of the Class of 2024 include Parkview Health, Franciscan Health, Lutheran Health Network, Powers Health, IU Health, the Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Fort Wayne Community Schools, Ascension, Indiana Physical Therapy and Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy. The healthcare industry accounted for 58% of the Class of 2024’s reported employment and 90% of those reporting are employed in Indiana.
