Saint Francis announces strong post-graduate success rate for Class of 2023

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—The University of Saint Francis proudly announces 96% of the Class of 2023 are employed, enrolled in additional education or serving in the service/military.

The Career Outcomes study included 90% of the Class of 2023, with 521 of the 579 graduates responding. Of those, 87% are employed and 9% are pursuing additional education. 

“At the University of Saint Francis, one of our goals is to ensure our graduates are fully prepared to step into the next phase of their lives. The Class of 2023 outcomes reflect our students’ dedication and work ethic and our faculty’s commitment and strong guidance,” Interim President Dr. Lance Richey said.

Top employers of the Class of 2023 include Parkview Health, Franciscan Health, Lutheran Health Network, Fort Wayne Community Schools, IU Health, Community Health Network, Northwest Health and Community Healthcare System. 

Class of 2023 graduates are primarily employed in six industries: healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, retail stores, government, and transportation and logistics. The primary occupation areas are healthcare services, education/teaching/training, general management, community and social services, sales, counseling, customer/technical support, and administration.
