USF announces new 2022-23 academic leaders

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—The University of Saint Francis proudly announces the following leaders have joined the university or moved into new positions for the 2022-23 academic year:

“These higher education professionals bring tremendous experience and expertise to their roles in service to our students. We look forward to their leadership during the 2022-23 academic year,” said USF Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Lance Richey.

USF begins its academic year with weekday classes on Monday, Aug. 29. The semester runs through finals the week of Dec. 12 to Dec. 16, with fall break Oct. 20 and Oct. 21 and Thanksgiving Break from Nov. 23 to Nov. 27. Students will return for spring semester term on Monday, Jan. 16, with final exams the week of May 1 to May 5 and Commencement on Saturday, May 6.

Founded in 1890 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition, the University of Saint Francis offers more than 60 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs through the College of Health Sciences and the College of Arts, Sciences and Business. In addition to its traditional programs, USF designs focused curricula for working adults in Fort Wayne, Crown Point and online. USF Downtown houses the music technology and graduate health sciences programs while offering enhanced internship and networking opportunities for students. The University of Saint Francis, recognized as an NAIA Five-Star Champion of Character institution, has 18 athletic programs boasting two individual and four team NAIA national championships. Approximately 2,200 students from a broad geographic region attend USF.
