FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Three contemporary female photographers will be featured in a new exhibit at the University of Saint Francis, running from Oct. 27 through Nov. 22.
Holly Roberts of Corrales, New Mexico, will present a selection of mixed-media works spanning more than four decades, which she recently donated to USF. Darlene Kaczmarczyk of Grand Rapids, Michigan, will present works based on Alzheimer’s disease using collage and digital photography. Adriane Little of Kalamazoo, Michigan, will present works influenced by the narratives of Virginia Woolf.
The exhibition will be held at the Mimi and Ian Rolland Art and Visual Communication Center, located off Leesburg Road on the southeast side of the USF campus, 2701 Spring Street.
A gallery reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29 at the Rolland Center.
Kaczmarczyk and Little will present a public lecture at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 22 at the Rolland Center. They will discuss their work and creative processes in relation to contemporary photography as a conceptual medium.
Weekly gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
