USF matinees of “Seussical” to include children’s activities

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Children who attend matinee performances of the University of Saint Francis musical “Seussical” are invited to participate in free activities before and after the show.

USF and PBS39 will present Dr. Seuss-themed games, face painting, a photo booth, a sticker station and more beginning 30 minutes before each performance. Dr. Seuss books will be available for purchase and the cast will sign autographs after the performance.

The 2 p.m. matinees for “Seussical” are March 24, March 30 and March 31.

“Seussical,” directed by Brad Beauchamp, will be performed at the following times:

Tickets for “Seussical” are available through the ArtsTix Community Box Office at 260-422-4226 or tickets.artstix.org. Doors open 30 minutes before the show for general seating. Ticket prices are $17 for adults (free for USF students, faculty and staff) and $15 for seniors 65 and older and children under 18. Group rates of $12 per person are available to groups of 20 or more.
