The University of Saint Francis School of Creative Arts is offering area college students and the community an opportunity to visit Amsterdam, Hamburg, and Berlin from May 9 through May 19, 2019.
Starting in Amsterdam, travelers will explore the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House. In Germany, participants will experience Hamburg on the Canal Boat City Tour and Kunsthalle Hamburg, one of the largest museums in the country. In Berlin, travelers will embark on a Berlin Street Art Tour, adventure through Museum Island, and dive into the Bauhaus Archives at the Museum of Design. Additionally, participants will visit important historical locations such as Checkpoint Charlie and the Topography of Terror Museum. These are just a few of the many sites the group will visit, experiencing firsthand the world’s most notable historic and contemporary works of art, architecture and design. A complete list of museums and destinations is available upon request. College course credit is available, and all university students and the general public are invited to attend.
