USF Fall Philosophy and Theology Opening Lecture

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — The University of Saint Francis presents the opening lecture in the 2018-2019 fall lecture series on Thursday, September 13. Dr. Lewis Pearson, USF associate professor of philosophy, will deliver the lecture “How to Read Plato” at 12:30 p.m. in the Brookside Ballroom on the main campus of the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, 2701 Spring Street.
Dr. Pearson will provide some general principles of approach and interpretation to help readers understand Plato’s dialogues and dispel common misconceptions about the ancient philosopher.
