FORT WAYNE, Ind. —The University of Saint Francis will be featured for an hour during Redeemer Radio’s Spring Sharathon on Thursday, April 26, 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. USF Chaplain Father David Meinzen and Sister M. Ignatia Henneberry will be on air with several USF students to share with the listening audience many of the exciting ways our Lord is blessing USF. The community is asked to help support Redeemer Radio in return, both by pledging and by helping spread the word about the USF hour on the air.
In a national Catholic radio survey, 94% of listeners report being more spiritually engaged and inspired, and 32% have returned to the practice of the Catholic Faith. In northeast Indiana, Redeemer Radio continues to bring listeners local broadcasts including USF sports, local programming such as the Bishop’s show, along with many other powerful programs. They have the blessing of the diocese but are not owned or operated by the diocese, so they need the support of the community to stay on the air.
The community is invited to tune in during the USF Hour to hear the wonderful things God is doing for students at USF, and to prayerfully consider calling in a pledge at 260-436-1450 or donating online at RedeemerRadio.com and noting our apostolate name in the notes section.
