Accepted Students
Discover your great future
Congratulations and welcome to the University of Saint Francis! Your acceptance into our Leffler Academy Programs means the best is yet to come. Soon, you’ll launch your healthcare career—so let’s make your acceptance official!
If you have been accepted but haven’t confirmed yet, secure your spot.
If you’re confirmed and have paid your $150 confirmation deposit (required for programs over one semester in length), continue with the next steps.

Accepted Students
Step 1
Visit your My Admissions Account and check for missing items.
- Submit any additional documents if your program requires them. You cannot be reviewed by your program until they are submitted.
- After you graduate from high school or complete college courses (including dual credit), submit your final official transcripts. Transcripts must be sent directly from your school to the Saint Francis Office of Admissions through Parchment or to admis@sf.edu.
Step 2
Secure your spot! Follow the steps in My Admissions Account to accept your admission.
- You can submit the $150 confirmation deposit upon acceptance or later. Follow the steps to pay the deposit on My Admissions Account.
- The confirmation deposit makes you eligible to attend New Student Orientation and register for class.
- The deposit is refundable until June 1 for Fall semester or December 1 for Spring semester.
Step 3
Check your personal email for a message with the subject line “New Student Account Information.”
- This message includes your new student email address, username, and student ID. The username will be used to log in to mySF (my.sf.edu), the student portal.
- Set up your password and multi-factor authentication.
- If you can’t find this email, contact your admissions counselor for help.
Step 4
Get familiar with the mySF student portal.
- mySF is where you’ll view financial aid, make payments, register for classes, access email, use Canvas for your classes, update contact information, and more.
- To check your student email, visit mySF, and Outlook for Students. Be sure to regularly check your student email for communication from the university.
- You can personalize the cards that appear when you log in to mySF. Select the Discover More button at the end of your cards to explore your options, and select the flag icon to save them to your home page.
Step 5
If you’re applying for state or federal financial aid, check your financial aid on mySF > Most Used Resources > Colleague Self-Service > Financial Aid:
- Submit your FAFSA using school code 001832.
- Review and accept your financial aid award package.
- Complete your financial aid checklist.
- Sign your Financial Aid Offer Letter.
