After The Ceremony

Get Your Diploma

If you have completed all coursework and have met all other requirements, diplomas may either be (1) mailed to the address indicated on your Graduation Application or (2) ready for pickup at the Registrar’s Office, which you will be notified.

If you were awarded a course incomplete, still have a class or two to take, or still need to submit transcripts, finalize tests, exit interviews, or financial obligations, your diploma will be available after these requirements are met. Students who have questions about meeting their graduation requirements should contact the Registrar’s Office.

Exit Loan Interviews

Students are required to complete exit counseling if they borrowed funding through the Federal Subsidized/Unsubsidized Direct Loan program. Please complete this requirement online at

  • Hover over “Loan Repayment” at the top of the page.
  • Locate and click “Complete Exit Counseling” on the left side
  • Log in and complete the counseling

Since Exit Counseling must be completed within 30 days of degree completion, please complete counseling during your last semester.

The Office of Financial Aid will send an email near the end of your final semester as a reminder to complete this requirement. If you have questions, contact the Office of Financial Aid at or 260.399.8003.
