After The Ceremony
Get Your Diploma
If you have completed all coursework and met all other requirements (including submitting the Application for Graduation in Colleague Self-Service), you will receive an email 1-2 weeks after the end of the semester you complete your requirements from Parchment.com. This email will include a link to your free digital diploma and will require you to confirm your mailing address. If you do not confirm your mailing address with Parchment within 72 hours of receiving the email, your diploma will be mailed to the address provided in your Application for Graduation. Paper diplomas will be mailed approximately 3-4 weeks after the end of the semester. Expedited shipping options are available for a fee. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Diplomas will no longer be able to be picked up from the Registrar’s Office. Each student is gifted one free diploma cover per degree earned, which will be provided at the Commencement ceremony on May 2, 2026. If you are not planning to attend Commencement, please connect with the Registrar’s Office before the end of your last semester.
Please do not order a replacement diploma from Parchment.com until your initial diploma has been processed. Ordering a replacement diploma will not expedite the shipping process.
If you were assigned an incomplete grade in your last semester, your diploma will be available after your instructor has submitted a grade change. Students with questions about meeting their degree requirements should contact their advisor or the Registrar’s Office.
