How to Apply - This symposium is available to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors  - There will be no Spring 2010 symposium.

1. Print and fill out the application form (pdf) and send a $15 check with completed form for registration.
2. Have your science teacher fill out the recommendation form (pdf) and return to us.
3. Send your transcript with SAT/PSAT/ACT/PACT scores, and class rank. If you have not taken these tests, please send in a transcript showing your grades.
4. Mail application form, recommendation form, transcript, and a $15 check payable to "University of Saint Francis" to:
