The department consists of four programs:
History
Legal Studies
Political Science
Sociology (Criminology or Social Justice)
The department also works with the University of Saint Francis Department of Education to offer a degree in Secondary Education Social Studies, which provides students the necessary education to be licensed as a teacher.
