DaisyJack
Performed by the University of Saint Francis Jesters

Saturday, March 6th, 2010 - 6pm
Sunday, March 7th, 2010 -  3pm
University of Saint Francis
North Campus Auditorium
2702 Spring Street
Tickets are $10

The Jesters are pleased to present DaisyJack, an original story about everyday men and women searching for the place where they belong. In this multi-media family-oriented production, Daisy and Jack are fallen stars who don’t remember who they are.  Guided by the magical Menehunes, they travel through emotional landscapes, hide from the Evil Queens, and encounter the Super Heroes as they try to find their way home. Daisy and Jack watch through their “windows” as the story unfolds through drama, rhythm, music, dance and visual arts.

Weatherhead Gallery

January 23 - February 28, 2010
Armin Mersmann - Contemporary Drawings

Armin Mersmann is a nationally recognized artist who has work in over 350 corporate, public, and private collections. He has been a Top 100 American Portrait Artist by Artist Magazine both in 1990 and 1994. He is known for his intense naturalistic graphite drawings. He describes his work as narrative and symbolistic. Both collective and personal, his work deals with the evidence of humankind's existence through artifacts. His drawings react to man's preoccupation with cheating death and creating representative objects, tokens and icons in an attempt to achieve immortality.
