Our 30-credit MAE is built on a long-standing tradition of excellence in the field of education. Designed specifically for working teachers, the MAE offers fully online courses. These courses are asynchronous, so you work on your own schedule while still meeting structured deadlines to stay on track for graduation. Additionally, classes are taught in eight- or 16-week sessions, with a capstone 16-week in-the-field internship. We provide the support of experienced online instructors and a network of alumni mentors to help you through graduation and beyond.

Accreditation
The Division of Teacher Education is accredited by the Indiana Department of Education and the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).
The Division of Teacher Education at the University of Saint Francis is hosting an accreditation visit by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) on March 25-27, 2024.
