Applied Learning
Our Clinical Medical Assistant program blends classroom learning with hands-on experience. The three-credit Introduction to Medical Assisting course will prepare you to provide administrative support, conduct clinical procedures and more. The three-credit Clinical for the Medical Assistant course will take you deeper into patient care and clinical procedures. You’ll practice your skills in the lab before completing a community clinical in an urgent care facility or physician office.
Upon completion of the course, you’ll be eligible to take the CCMA Certification Exam and be eligible to work in all 50 states.
