Kimberly Valich

Assistant Professor of Nursing

Bio

I have been a nurse since 1989. My teaching specialties are pathophysiology, pharmacology, advanced medical surgical and critical care nursing. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Xavier University in Chicago and obtained my Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialty in education in 2002 from University of Phoenix. I have worked in critical care and home health and have been teaching nursing since 2002. I have taught almost every nursing course at some point during my teaching career. I also have written for NCLEX, reviewed nursing textbooks for several major publishing companies and currently work for ATI as an NCLEX coach. I love working with students as they prepare to graduate and take NCLEX.
