Bio

Joy brings 40 years of nursing education experience to her position at Saint Francis. She comes to the university from Leffler Academy, where she served as an Associate Professor of Nursing since 2019. Joy previously worked as the Manager for Educational Services at Marion Hospital, Assistant Professor of Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University, and Director of Practical Nursing at Marion Community School of Practical Nursing. 

As an RN, Joy has worked at Marion General Hospital, Wesleyan Rehabilitation and Healthcare, as well as several hospitals and facilities in Ohio. She holds an M.S. in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, a BSN from Cleveland State University, and an AD in Nursing from Kent State University.
