Bio

Unger has served in a variety of roles in her 12-plus years at Saint Francis, including Strategic Projects Manager, Director of Experiential Learning, Adjunct Coordinator, Instructor of Business, Director of EPIC and EPIC Coordinator. She is a mission-centered academic leader with progressive experience in higher education academic affairs, program development, curriculum design, assessment and cross-functional collaboration. She demonstrates a proven ability to articulate and implement a strategic academic vision that integrates vocation, formation, and professional preparation. Unger strives to be a partner to senior leadership, faculty and external stakeholders in building coherent, student-centered programs, aligned with Catholic identity, Franciscan charism and liberal arts tradition.
