Bio

Dr. Robert Koerpel received his doctorate in historical and systematic theology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He has written numerous articles and reviews about Catholic theologians and philosophers, the history, nature, and development of tradition in Catholicism, fundamental moral theology, theological aesthetics, and liturgical theology for Church Life Journal; Heythrop Journal: A Quarterly Review of Philosophy and Theology; Journal of Ecumenical Studies; Journal of Moral Theology; Logos: A Journal of Catholic Thought and Culture; New Blackfriars; The Review of Metaphysics; and The Review of Politics. He is co-editor of Contemplating the Future of Moral Theology (Wipf & Stock) and author of Maurice Blondel: Transforming Catholic Tradition (University of Notre Dame Press).
