Bio

Joined the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in 1999 as a nursing instructor. Other positions held include Division Coordinator, Department Chair, Director of Academic Services and Administrative Director Cooperative Nursing Program.  Assumed role as Director of the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in August 2016. Became Program Director of St. Elizabeth School of Nursing-University of Saint Francis Diploma-BSN Cooperative Nursing Program in May 2017. Held numerous clinical positions in Psychiatric practice settings which fueled areas if interest in education and research study topics. Serves as a Peer Evaluator for the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Has served as a board member of the Tippecanoe County CASAs for Kids Fund Board of Directors since November 2017. Earned Excellence in Mentorship Award form the Sigma Theta Tau Delta Omicron Chapter in April 2018.
