Bio

My interest and research explore current and future business management, leadership, and strategic practices with a focus on the impact of professional development programs and opportunities for Undergraduate and Graduate business students. A key personal and professional objective is to instill and ensure the preparation of professionally developed future leaders. My current projects include building partnerships with local and regional businesses, the maintenance and continued improvement of rigorous academic standards and practices, and the development of impact of international business within business school curricula.
