Director of Assessment & Accreditation

Bio

Chiefly responsible for all institutional accreditation and learning outcomes assessment activities at the university. Serves as the university’s Accreditation Liaison Officer to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and is a HLC Peer Review Team Leader. Supports specialty accreditation. Developing research projects to support the cultural development of the university, such as the Catholic and Franciscan Values Instrument (CAFVI) with Sr. Anita Holzmer. Dissertation in Organizational Leadership program is on whether complexity leadership behaviors have a positive influence on individual innovative behaviors in higher education. Developed an interest in higher education administration from a personal interest in formative and summative learning outcomes assessment as an instructor in the Bay Area.
