Throughout my career, I have strived to remain an enthusiastic and compassionate wellness professional to inspire and support integrative health and wellness through creating learning opportunities and awareness. I am motivated to develop strategies to encourage everyone to reach their academic and wellness goals and improve their quality of life. I strive to connect with others and offer an empathetic sounding board to individuals looking to enhance their health and wellness needs as they walk through their academic journey.
