University of Saint Francis Creative Arts will host a free block party in conjunction with “The Eclectic Collector” art exhibit.
The block party, featuring light snacks and music from Saint Francis Music Technology program musicians, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6 at the John P. Weatherhead Gallery in the Mimi and Ian Rolland Art and Visual Communication Center, 1014 Leesburg Road. The center is located on the southeast side of the Saint Francis campus.
The art exhibit, which runs through Sept. 24, displays works owned by a variety of local collectors, showcasing the many spectacular works of art that reside in northeast Indiana. Several of the works have been generously gifted to the university’s collection. The exhibition and block party are sponsored by 3Rivers Federal Credit Union.
