The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Human Resources Coordinator position will report to the Manager of HR Operations and will have responsibility over the area(s) of recruitment and employment, offboarding, work study/student employment, compensation/classification, and other HR functions, as well as ensuring the university’s Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Manager of HR Operations in advancing the university’s efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, OLS, or related field or pursuing bachelor’s degree and have obtained degree within one (1) year from date of employment. One (1) year experience in Human Resources is required.
