Institutional Accreditation
The University of Saint Francis is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation. The corporation was formed to assist in the educational work of the Eastern Province of the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration, a religious congregation of women of the Roman Catholic Church. The university’s board of trustees is comprised of 25 members, which includes both members of the congregation and lay members.
