User Support Services offers a wide range of support services to the University community. Most of these services can be fulfilled at the USF Help Desk located in Pope John Paul II Center 211D. The Help Desk offers support for questions about the OneCard to the placement of media equipment.
Email Services
The University provides a free email account to all current students, faculty and staff. USS can verify your username and reset your password. You can manage your own password after you enroll in ANIXIS.
My Cougar Connection
My Cougar Connection is a personalized, customizable information source provided to the USF community, which allows students to register for classes, check course schedules, and obtain billing statements. My Cougar Connection now uses your student username and password.
Blackboard
USS provides assistance logging into Blackboard. For other questions, please visit the Blackboard site for help.
OneCard
The Help Desk can check on your free prints, aux points and verify that your USF OneCard works. Please visit the OneCard site for available services and more information.
Wireless Network
The University now has a wireless network available to students, faculty and staff with a valid USF user account. USS provides limited support in helping you get your computer on the network.
Faculty Laptop Initiative
USS has a pilot program in place for faculty to trade in his or her desktop PC for a laptop.
Printing
Having trouble printing, charged for pages which did not print or smudged pages? Visit the Help Desk with your USF OneCard for assistance. In some cases you may be entitled to a refund.
Audio & Video Production
USS provides filming, editing and duplication for classes and other University events.
Personal Network Storage
UTS provides network storage for students.
