University of Saint Francis and Fort Wayne officials announced today that they have reached an agreement that will spur development in the heart of the city’s financial and arts districts. Sister M. Elaine Brothers, OSF, has been appointed a director at the University of Saint Francis (USF). She will serve on the Academic Affairs Committee of the USF board. She is Vice President for Education at Franciscan Alliance in Mishawaka, Ind. and previously served for nine years as Vice President for Academic Affairs on the University of Saint Francis Fort Wayne campus and for one year as interim dean at the University of Saint Francis Crown Point.
