1960s
Kevin Beuret (BA ’67) retired in 2010 after teaching middle school English for 30 years in the Lakeland School System in LaGrange, Indiana, and 10 years in the Westview system and Howe Military Academy. He lives in Auburn, Indiana.
1970s
Robert Yager (MS ’71) was honored in 2024 when the Heritage High School football field was renamed Yager Field. He coached the football team from 1978 to 2006 and spent 25 years as track-and-field coach. He was inducted into the Indiana Football Hall of Fame in 2008.
1990s
Teri Beam (BS ’91) was appointed dean of the Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education at the University of Southern Indiana.
2000s
Robert Preston (BBA ’01) was selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who for his expertise in product development. He is director of service at EMCOR Services Shambaugh.
Rachel Nelson (BA ’05), executive director of Home Repairs for Good, received the Robert O. Zdenek Staff Member of the Year award from Prosperity Indiana.
Jennifer (Johnson) Garrison (BSN ’06) was named Mrs. Indiana American and will move on to compete in the national Mrs. American pageant.
2010s
Ryan Geiger (BA ’10), creative marketing director at Granite Ridge Builders, is a member of the board of the American Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne.
Jade Haag (BA ’12) began teaching at Indiana Institute of Technology.
Jasmine (Bejar) Lobacz (BA ’15), content strategist at One Lucky Guitar, Inc., is a member of the board of the American Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne.
2020s
Emma Bachtel (BS ’23) graduated from the Orr Fellows program, a premier early-career development program connecting high-achieving recent graduates with future-focused companies across the state.
Ontarius Jones (BS ’23) works as a fitness specialist at Turnstone and appeared in an April episode of WANE’s Living Local 15.
Eliana Serdynski (BS ’23) earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Carroll University.
Kendall Close (BSN ’25) is a nurse in the 6 South unit at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Bailey Cook (BSN ’25) is a nurse in the emergency department at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Emily Felger (BSN ’25) is a cardiovascular intensive care nurse at the Parkview Heart Institute.
Alyssa Gibson (ADN ’25) joined the Parkview Hospital Randallia flex team as a nurse.
Veronica Loeffler (BS ’25) began a sales engineer position at Sweetwater.
Catherine Louis (BSN ’25) is a nurse in the Carew Med Surg unit at Parkview Hospital Randallia.
Mariah Maley (BSN ’25) is a surgical trauma intensive care unit nurse at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Aubrey Matthias (BSN ’25) is a CHTC nurse at the Parkview Heart Institute.
Erica Rieke (ADN ’25) joined the Parkview Bryan Hospital emergency department as a nurse.
Kelsey Tackett (BSN ’25) is a nurse in progressive care at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Audrey Zeigler (BSN ’25) is a nurse in progressive care at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
