Alverno Lecture

Providence College’s Dr. James Keating will speak on “Is the Catholic University Really Dead?” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, in Room 226 of the Achatz Hall of Science and John and Toni Murray Research Center. Creative Arts Spring High School Workshop Day

A three-hour workshop is available for high school students who are interested in a future in the creative arts and higher education at Saint Francis. Scholarship opportunities are available. 17th Annual Formula for Life 5K Run/Walk
Sunday, April 13, 1 p.m.
The annual run/walk to raise funds for medical, veterinary and nutritional work in the Dominican Republic and Haiti is open to anyone and family friendly. The $15 registration fee includes a T-shirt and light lunch. To register, visit calendar.sf.edu.
Everyone Needs an Estate Plan
Thursday, April 24, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
During this free class from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Brookside Ballroom (3rd floor), participants will enjoy a free meal from Creative Dining, then a class from Director of Gift Planning Justin Tockey. He will lead everyone through estate planning needs that people find around every corner of life. Participants will also have a chance to speak with a licensed estate planning attorney. Baccalaureate Mass
Friday, May 2, 5 p.m.
The Baccalaureate Mass will be offered at 5 p.m. in the North Campus Auditorium at the University of Saint Francis. The Mass will be immediately followed by an hors d’oeuvres reception where graduates and families are invited to celebrate their accomplishments with university administration, faculty and staff. Commencement at Memorial Coliseum

Saint Francis welcomes Jason Shanks, President of the National Eucharistic Congress, Inc., as our 2025 Commencement Speaker. Shanks has dedicated his career to strengthening Catholic organizations and ministries and is a two-time OSV Catholic of the Year honoree for his leadership and resilience.
Additionally, Donald F. Schenkel, former President of Northeast Indiana Bank Holding Corporation and former Chairman and CEO of Tower Financial Corporation, will receive an honorary degree in recognition of his longstanding service to the university and the broader community. Alumni Night at the TinCaps

Join your alumni friends for a night of baseball, food and fun. Enjoy the amenities of minor-league baseball’s finest stadium, Parkview Field, and watch high Class A baseball.
