Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s annual “Forty Under 40” list of achievers included Adam Blakey (BSW ’08) and Kristy Lindeman (MOL ’16) as influential community leaders. Their relationship-building, competence and Franciscan spirit are qualities that help them stand out in their businesses and the community.
They shared some information about their background with Business Weekly. Their devotion to their industry and their ability to lead and thrive is evident in their biographies. “Success, to me, is the culmination of achieving meaningful goals, personal growth and making a positive impact on others and the world around me,” Blakey shared.
Their passion to invest in those around them gives them satisfaction and joy in their career. “I am passionate about serving others, being a voice for those who need someone to do that for them and collaborating with other community leaders/organizers to provide the best possible services to those in need,” Lindeman shared.
These influential community leaders were recognized at a banquet and award ceremony in March.
