The Presidential Event Center and residence at 3435 Bass Road was renamed St. Bonaventure Hall and Event Center during a blessing and dedication on July 15. Fr. Patrick Hake, the new chaplain at Saint Francis, officiated.

On the Church’s liturgical calendar, July 15 is the annual feast day of St. Bonaventure, who is known for his leadership of the Franciscans and his great intellectual contributions to theology and philosophy.

Saint Francis employees toured the newly relocated offices of Alumni Relations, Donor Relations and Annual Giving at an open house after the blessing and dedication.
