Summer Camp 2018

This summer, discover the career opportunities that exist in the world of healthcare. Students will participate in hands-on activities that will introduce them to the concepts behind different healthcare professions, including nursing, physical therapy, kinesiology, nutrition, social work, surgery, radiology – and more. New this year: Pharmacy, Nurse Anesthetist, Family Nurse Practitioner & Physician Assistant. Students must be going into 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade in the fall of 2018 to attend. Registration is $30 for each student and lunch is included on both days. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

Who: Students going into 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grade
When: June 5-6
Where: Doermer Health Sciences Center, 2701 Spring St.
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 3:10 p.m
Cost: $30 with financial assistance available for those who qualify

Registration

Registration will open April 2nd. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite.

Spots for the camp are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Our camp is limited to the first 80 campers. To participate in the camp, register online via Eventbrite. An email confirming your camper’s registration will be sent within two weeks along with more details regarding the start of camp, what to bring, etc.
