The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, tenure track position in our Department of Psychological Science beginning August 16, 2026. This open-area position requires experience, success and interest in offering a variety of introductory and advanced undergraduate courses. Though we welcome applicants from any area of psychology, we are particularly interested in a faculty member who can teach in the area(s) of counseling or clinical psychology and/or developmental psychology. The teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring). Other responsibilities include advising Psychology majors, collaboration within and across disciplinary lines, continuing professional development and a commitment to collaboration and service within the Department, across the University and in the community. The successful candidate must be able to advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University. Rank and salary are dependent upon the appointee’s qualifications and experience. While ABD’s will be considered, a Ph.D. in Psychology is strongly preferred.
