Residence Life Programming and Staff

Our Job is to Make You Feel at Home.

The Office of Residential Life & Housing is here to provide you with a safe, welcoming, and fun residential experience. Our team consists of professional staff members and student resident assistants (RAs) who not only oversee day-to-day operations in our residence halls but also serve as mentors to students of all class levels.

Our four residence halls also host an array of monthly educational, cultural, and social events. These activities—which range from DIY nights to cookouts—connect students to each other and show that learning happens everywhere on campus, not just in the classroom.

Student Resident Assistants

Every floor of every residence hall is staffed by an RA, an upper-class student with specialized leadership training. In addition to overseeing everyday life in the residence halls, RAs plan activities and events for their residents, ensure compliance with the policies outlined in the student handbook and, in general, serve as a friend and mentor to their peers.

RA positions are part of the larger Saint Francis Student Leadership Program, which offers a unique and unified curriculum to campus leaders.
