Final Paychecks

Final paychecks for Friday, May 9 can be picked up in the Business Office until Wednesday, May 14.  After that date, checks will be mailed to the legal home address.

Summer Employment

Federal work study students may work a 5-week extension beginning May 4 and continuing to June 7. In order to work past June 7, you must be enrolled in either Summer I or Summer II session.  All requests for summer employment will be verified by the Registrar's office.

Timesheets are now available online.  Simply print from the download area at right and complete.  As always, your timesheet must be to your supervisor by 8:00 a.m. on the due dates (refer to the "2007-08 Payroll Due Dates" in the download section for the correct dates).  If you have any question, please call me at 434-7576 or stop by Trinity Room 101.

Attention:  Federal Work Study 

Have you ever gone to pick up your paycheck only to find the Business Office closed?  Have you ever lost or misplaced your paycheck?  If you have, you may want to consider direct deposit.  With direct deposit, your paycheck is deposited in the bank and account(s) of your choosing.  To initiate direct deposit, print the form from the download section and return it to Trinity 101.
