Student Activities and Organizations
The University of Saint Francis offers many
opportunities for students to become involved in the campus. All students, no
matter the age, full- or part-time status, commuter or resident, are strongly
encouraged to actively participate in clubs and organizations and their
events. The practical learning experiences that come from organizational
involvement complement the academic classroom experience.
Office of Student Activities
Students have access to a variety of
activities, including student organizations, at the University of Saint
Francis. In addition to a large number of special interest organizations,
there are many campus events that are sponsored by the Office of Student
Activities with the assistance of student organizations and other offices on
campus. Two of the traditional events are Homecoming and Spring Fling.
Information regarding student organizations
or events is available in the Office of Student Activities located in the
Student Center. The number of the director is 434-7412.
Student Activities Council-In
conjunction with the Student Activities Office, the Student Activities Council
is responsible for planning and coordinating campus activities and events. The
Student Activities Office and Student Activities Council sponsor events for
homecoming, dances, trips, campus entertainment and other special programs.
Intramurals-
Intramural sports offer USF students a wide variety of athletic/recreational
activities. Intramural sports encourage enjoyment, social interaction,
