AA Program Overview

The Department of Social Work now offers the Associate of Arts degree in Social Welfare.

This degree allows students to work in the social service field at an entry level and serves as a base for further work towards the BSW (baccalaureate) degree.

All courses in the associate degree program transfer seamlessly into our BSW curriculum.

This link also provides an example of the two year associate degree curriculum and an example of the third and fourth years for those students wishing to continue on for the BSW degree.
