Students New to USF in Spring 2013
Students who are scheduled to begin their USF experience at the start of the spring 2013 semester should attend the Spring Welcome and Transition Program on Friday, January 11, 2013. Our program introduces students to a number of success-oriented resources that are available on campus. Additionally, a panel of USF students and staff will answer questions about life at USF—both inside and outside of the classroom. Students will then have the opportunity to tour the campus and find classrooms. After all, it is our hope that new students feel comfortable, confident and connected for the first week of class!
Schedule for Friday, January 11, 2013 is as follows:
- 2:30 – 3:00 p.m. Check-in at the Subway in the Pope John Paul II Center
- 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Welcome Program
- 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Tours (optional)
Parking is available on the south side of Pope John Paul II and Doermer Hall (use the Leesburg entrance).
If you are unable to attend the program on January 11, you will need to participate in an alternative orientation program and confirm completion prior to the first day of class on January 14, 2013. Contact Student Life if you have any questions 260.399.8100.
