Printing
Student Information for Printing on Campus
Each fall and spring semester, enrolled students will receive 250 free pages of printing. Summer session students will receive 125 prints for the summer. You must use your own student network ID to access these free pages. Each time you print, you will receive a message which states how many pages you have left. Once you have used all of your free pages, you will be required to pay $.08 per page. This money will be deducted from your aux points on your OneCard. (For information on how to add money to your card, please visit the USF Onecard site).
If you print something on accident, it is still deducted from your total of free prints. Mistakes happen, however the University can not be held responsible. In order to prevent unwanted printing make sure your print settings are correct, and use the Print Preview option before printing.
Unlike careless printing, printers will sometimes fail and this is not the fault of the student. In this situation, visit the Help Desk and they will credit your free prints, depending on the situation.
