Serving Your Multimedia Needs
USS plans, maintains and coordinates the installation of all computing and audio/video equipment in USF classrooms, auditoriums and conference rooms. If you are in need of anything specific, not already available in the room, then USS can temporarily place the equipment to fill your needs. Audio and Video requests should be made at the earliest possible opportunity. Requests are filled on a first come, first served basis. Late requests will not be honored. Equipment can be requested for an entire semester, please note the dates and times in the track-it request. Setup and usage of the requested equipment is the responsibility of the requestor. Setup assistance and training are available by contacting the Help Desk at 399-7700 x6027.
Students wishing to use USS equipment must make arrangements through their instructor/faculty member.

Faculty and Staff Laptop Checkout
USS has a laptop checkout program to assist USF faculty with scholarly activities, research, special assignments, out of area fellowships, and travel tied to the academic mission of the University. Currently this is a limited program designed to fill gaps in departmental support. Please review the Laptop Checkout Policies.
