User Support Services

Mission Statement

The mission of User Support Services is to enhance the productivity of the University community and to empower our users by making information technology accessible. We achieve this by providing a customer focused, single point of contact for quality services and technical support.

Who We Are

User Support Services (USS) division of UTS is responsible for supporting and maintaining University information technology equipment. USS serves as a centralized source of information and service for computer and audio/visual resources managed by UTS. USS includes the USF Help Desk, which serves as a single point of contact for the University community. You may contact the Help Desk with questions about any service or resource provided or managed by UTS.

USF Help Desk

From password resets to video conferencing, the Help Desk staff does their best to help the members of the USF community with all their information technology needs. The Help Desk is available over the phone by calling 260-399-7700 x 6027. You can also visit the Help Desk located in Pope John Paul II Center room 211D.
